yeah....... really really hyper!

Every year i have to be forced out of bed to go to girls camp. I hate going i just hate it! I say i hate it and i want to go home.....but really everyone can tell i am having a great time.  Every year i'm really lucky i met a new friend every year. Last year it was Nicole This year it was Kennedy. I am really fast at making friends. This year i met Kennedy we were cabin buddies and we slept next to each other. She told really funny bedtime stories We just became really good friends. Friday night our last night at girls camp before testimony meeting we sat around the campfire and talked and laughed.. every once in a while i'd say "ugh! i wanna go home so bad!" Kennedy said... "Alexi stop being so negative about girls camp....or i won't tell a story tonight." Oh boy did that shut me up.... obviously she realized how much i love her stories. So i shut up... Well awhile later i said it again... "ugh i wanna go home!" Kennedy just gave me a nasty look... "oh ok ok sorry!" After we had fun and had our testimony meeting we went to bed. All i could think about was going home and the awesome story Kennedy was going to tell. We all were really hyper that night. after things kinda calmed down... i said "Kennedy tell me an awesome story please!" "Ok" After she finished telling the story she said wow that was a lame story.....sorry... "It's ok i enjoyed it" "oh good!"  So we laid down to go to sleep and  Kennedy looked at me and said "Alexi i think we are best friends" "aww Kennedy Yes we are!" That comment made me so happy! The next morning we woke up and i rolled over and looked at Kennedy and said "we're going home!"  She gave me  a nasty look and said... "yes we are" So we packed and left... i was so happy. I rode home in a car Kennedy rode in the bus... We hugged and left. We got to the stake center hugged again and went home to shower!

New Camera!

My camera was washed in the washer.... it broke..... it was a sad day.... I have been talking about wanting a new camera. Well my birthday went by i didn't get one. For my birthday i got $40. I had been saving up to buy a new camera i had saved $104 plus the $40 i had $144. I was looking at cameras online a few nights ago and found out the camera i really wanted wasn't a very good one. So my dad looked at a few different cameras and we found one i liked. $150 dang-it $6 short.... plus tax it was $165. My mom paid some, and i came home with a new camera yesterday! We are going camping next week i wanted to get it before we went camping so i could take pictures of our camping trip. My mom said that probably wouldn't happen.. but it did! It's a blue Sony Cybershot.

What happens at the whipples

Yesterday i went to the Whipples. It was crazy..... It was fun, nice to get out and do something i haven't really had a lot of time to do what i want this summer iv'e been busy finishing my summer school. I finished my science and geography and i had an AWESOME birthday party! Other then that i haven't done much. On Sunday i was talking to Rachel and she asked if i wanted to come over this week. YES i do! I have been waiting and waiting for someone to hang out with. Anyways.... Rachel's kids, Jacob, Claire and isaac are crazy! They are fun to be around and fun to talk to... although..... they think they know everything so sometimes it gets a little annoying... don't get me wrong they are very smart kids but sometimes they just talk because they think they are so smart and that you don't know what they are talking about.
We played Sorry, Monopoly and Monopoly deal.. Monopoly deal is really fun! it's really quick It's monopoly in a card game. I don't like monopoly but monopoly deal is really fun! I had never played it till yesterday. Jessica gave it to colman for his birthday a few years ago and we haven't played it.. Why we played monopoly and monopoly deal i have no clue..... our monopoly game got put on pause for dinner and we ate dinner then i said no we aren't finishing this game it's to long.  After dinner we painted! Isaac got so excited! It was so cute! I have never seen such an excited little 2yr old get so happy to paint. Well they had body paints..... pencils to draw on yourself....

Jet Ski.....flipped

Well this is kinda late but..... on Saturday it was my awesome birthday party and Jairen took me out on the Jet ski. It was really choppy when we went out.. I kept questioning Jairen and debating weather i trusted him taking me on the jet ski. I saw him drive he went crazy so i was a little hesitant to get on the jet ski with him. He assured me he wouldn't drive really crazy. So off we went. He told me to hold on because it was really choppy and he wanted to make sure i had a good time so he told me to tell him to slow down if he was going to fast or to go faster if i wanted to. Anyways we were going and were trying to find a way to go to get out of the choppiness of the waves.... impossible.... We slowed down to examine the waves.... we decided just to go and we started to turn and a wave came right as we turned and flipped us off the jet ski.. We had on;y been rifing for 10 minutes. I will never forget that day Jairen felt so bad poor kid..... All the way up to the lake i was saying how i really really wanted to flip a jet ski. I was kinda happy when we did but poor Jairen felt so bad! I kept telling him it was totally fine he kept saying i'm so sorry i really really feel bad and i told him not to feel bad over and over again but he just felt so bad! so i told him how i was talking about wanting to flip a jet ski all the way to the lake. It took us forever to get the jet ski flipped right-side up again. After 10 minutes of trying we saw a boat and they asked if we needed help we were so glad they saw us because we couldn't have done it alone. We struggled trying to flip it right-side up for another 5 minutes while they circled us giving us advice. We couldn't do it our self so two boys jumped out of the boat to to help us. Now the 4 us struggle for another 5 or 10 minutes we can't get it flipped right-side up. we didn't get it flipped over soon enough it got flooded. We hooked the jet ski up to the boat of the  people who were helping us and we got towed back.  We got back and found my dad and we told him what happened it wouldn't start because it was so flooded so we had to load it on the trailer and be done. We got it loaded on the trailer and water started pouring out it was definitely flooded. We drove back to our pavilion and it was still draining 10 minutes later. As we were loading the jet ski on the trailer it started raining so as soon as we got back to our pavilion we finished loading up the rest of our stuff and left. it was a great day. I still feel bad for Jairen poor kid felt so bad! i enjoyed it i thought it was fun!
